REALLY WANT TO SACRIFICE SOMETHING FOR LENT?

"...let us continually offer up a sacrifice of praise to GOD..." (Hebrews 13:15). How is Praising GOD a Sacrifice? Praising GOD in ALL circumstances becomes an effort when we don't feel like it. Or to give Thanks and Praise in spite of our stubbornness, pride and selfishness is, I admit, a sacrifice for me. It is like I say, "Not Now GOD, I'm busy being angry". Even this time of Lent, have we listened to the things that come from our mouth? Have we privately chosen to think "bad" thoughts instead of Praising GOD? When we PRAISE GOD, we bring HONOR to GOD and ourselves! Our Religion is NOTHING, if it costs us NOTHING! PRAISING GOD continually is a SACRIFICE of this world. DO YOU REALLY WANT TO SACRIFICE SOMETHING FOR LENT?
