Do we repent during our sufferings, only to have our repentance disappear when things get better? Are there two kinds of "suffering"; the first being, where our hearts are full of mercy and benevolence (which has no fear); the second being, where we are full of Pride and become fearful (paralyzed) at the threat of the Truth? When we think we have no Pride, is when it is at its Highest (the pride of our hearts deceive us; Obadiah 1:3)! The next time someone asks us why we did not do what we said we would do; or why we broke a Promise or Vow; DO WE HAVE A "REASON" (EXCUSE), DO WE RESPOND WITH WORDS (TO JUSTIFY), OR DO WE RESPOND IN ANGER (TO INTIMIDATE)? Do we have FALSE PRIDE? ISN'T ALL PRIDE, FALSE PRIDE?
