Do we believe JESUS as a historical figure, moral philosopher, charismatic leader or a prophet? Believing these things will not give us Salvation and it is not what the Scriptures mean by believing. Hebrews 8:12, "...I will remember no more." Believing is to "receive" JESUS (HE LIVES) as our living GOD, who loved us so much HE wanted us to have everything HE has! Purity, innocence and love are ours when we "Believe" and "Know" WITHOUT A DOUBT that all of our sins, past, present and future were punished on the Cross; and that all of our sins, HE REMEMBERS NO MORE! What do we have to do? ONLY BELIEVE, WITHOUT A DOUBT! HALLELUJAH!

Song of Solomon 5:16, "...This is my beloved, and this is my friend..." JESUS' love and tenderness is to be experienced. The Ultimate Friend! HE is someone you can be yourself with, without pretending. HE is someone you can depend on, someone who waits eagerly for you to tell HIM your dreams and to share your Treasures. JESUS understands everything you're going through and every emotion you feel; and HE reassures you of HIS all loving and all understanding friendship. HE lets you see, who HE sees in you; you can't help but love HIM and yourself too! NO PRETENDING, NO PRETENSE!
Genesis 39:1,2; "Now Joseph had been taken to Eqypt....The LORD was with Joseph, and he was a successful man..." Joseph was captured and held against his will, but Scripture says he was successful! GOD'S definition of success is contrary to the world's definition. It is clear that success is not WHAT you have, but rather WHO you have. Your relationship with GOD is the only thing you need for every success in your life. Today, say, The LORD is with me, I am a successful person. AMEN!
Luke 4:24, "Truly, I say to you, no prophet is acceptable in his hometown." Truly at the beginning of a sentence emphasizes that what is to follow is the Truth and is to be listened to. People who may have know us before our Salvation may doubt the Message we carry with us. Some prejudice often furnishes an objection against the humbling doctrine of the cross; and while it is the word of GOD that stirs up the "unrest" in others, they will blame the conduct or manner of the speaker. The doctrine of GOD'S sovereignty, HIS right to do HIS will, provokes proud men. They are jealous and angry when others have the favours they want. TRULY, a modern day Prophet only seeks the Glory of GOD and he knows the Scripture and Message is not "fulfilled" until it is heard, (Luke 4:21). Don't be discouraged because you are rejected, or even ridiculed, in sharing the Scriptures; because there is "one" person out there waiting for you to fulfill the Scriptures in their hearing. TRULY, you are the Prophet, GOD has appointed! TRULY!
While sitting in a Bible study, the leader began to discuss the possibility that JESUS could have been married. After other members had exhausted their different positions; all eyes turned and asked me to decide. Luke 12:12, "for the Holy Spirit will teach you at that time what you should say." What difference does it make? Did it change what HE did for us on the Cross; did it "undo" HIS Ministry; would it have changed my relationship with GOD? Don't you just savor the clarity GOD gives in different situations? What's Important and what is not! Even if others don't agree, IT SATISFIED ME.
When the layers of deceit are peeled away, I AM WHO I AM and I will be who HE made me to be. When the useless things "fall away" we are left with who we really are. John 17:23, "I in them and YOU in me....may be perfectly one..." We must love ourselves before we can love others; Mark 12:31, "Love your neighbor as yourself...". When we learn to love and forgive ourselves, then we can love others. For then GOD and others see me, JUST AS I AM.
