AND THAT IS THE WAY IT SHOULD BE

Why is it so important to us to be remembered?  Do we somehow think being remembered gives us everlasting life?  Do we try give ourselves purpose, by who and how long we are remembered?  We try to make some contribution to the world, only to find it has been discovered or written many times before.  There will be "...nothing new under the sun... and no remembrance of former things..." (Ecclesiastes 1:11) as long as we want to be held in HIGH ESTEEM and prefer to have the WORLD'S FOCUS  BE ON US.   We live in obscurity to the world, but we do not live in obscurity to GOD.    The only thought that has remained through out all of the years, IS GOD!    AND THAT IS THE WAY IT SHOULD BE!
