Do we ask for "Signs from GOD"? Are we so "defiant" and "unbelieving" that we demand an earthly measurable arrow pointing us in the "direction" of GOD'S WILL? We say, "LORD" if this sign appears, then I will do this". And, "if the other sign appears, then I will do that". Not only do we WANT SIGNS, we attempt to tell GOD what signs. John 6:30, "...What sign show YOU then, that we may see, and believe YOU?..." GOD'S WORD tells us WHO HE is, what HE wants us to do. Do we ask for "earthly" SIGNS to BELIEVE, instead of BELIEVING what HE has already told us? Isn't that like asking JESUS FOR HIS CREDENTIALS? Do we not like what HE has told us, so we ask for "SIGNS" to do what we want? So do we want SIGNS OR OBEDIENCE?
