RELATIONSHIP OR RELIGION?

Are we saved and have Eternal Life by being "Good" and going to "Church" every Sunday? Does GOD look FIRST at our Denomination or "RELIGION" in giving us SALVATION? Anything less than a PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP with GOD is nothing more than rituals (Religion) and man's idea on how to achieve "Spirituality". Religion is man's attempt to "reach up" and become acceptable to GOD through man's own "goodness". James 1:26, "...if anyone deceives his heart, this person's religion is worthless." When we live in the TRUTH, our RELATIONSHIP with GOD encourages others to live in the TRUTH in our presence. When we are liberated from our fears, others are liberated from their fears in GOD'S presence through us. IS SALVATION RELATIONSHIP OR RELIGION?
