James 2:14, "...if someone says he has faith but does not have works, can that faith save him? This is pure and simple, are works the "means" (the way to salvation) or are they the "results" (what happens when we have salvation)? We just need to share and live GOD'S WORD and share what HE says; have Faith that HE will reveal its meaning to those who hear. Remember how GOD worked with you; was it the "explain'n" or the "do'in" and "hear"n" what HE said? DO WE SPEND TOO MUCH TIME EXPLAIN'N AND NOT ENOUGH TIME DO'IN? May your day be filled with "HEAR'N and "DO'IN.
Psalm 139: 23-24 Isaiah 43:1 GOD IS GOD!

There is a difference in "doing" my best and "giving" my best. "Doing" my best is just enough to get through a circumstance, but when I "Give" my best there is nothing left of me. Proverbs 3:9, "...Honor the LORD with the first fruits of all your produce." Do I "give" my best in all situations? Do I give GOD my "best" thoughts, time, efforts, treasures and money? To "give" my best is a matter of Trust, will I "give" it all and Trust GOD or do I give GOD my left-overs? "In all your ways acknowledge HIM". Psalm 139: 23-24 Isaiah 43:1 GOD IS GOD! 1 John 4:12, "...if we love one another, GOD abides in us and HIS love is perfected in us." Sometimes everything is in perfect harmony; I see the innocence and purity in others and I hear their words of hope. It is a time when we no longer struggle within ourselves and GOD'S love for us sinks deep within our hearts. This is a time when we love one another (and we also love ourselves), a time of "perfect" harmony, "perfect" peace and "perfect" love. Yes, SOMETIMES I HAVE MY MOMENTS.
Psalm 139: 23-24 Isaiah 43:1 GOD IS GOD! James 1:12-18, "...Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above..." We are safe under GOD'S veil, only when we are "lured" away from HIS protection do we suffer evil in our lives. We are Blessed when we remain steadfast under trial. We receive the "crown of life" when we have stood the test. THE PERFECT GIFT IS TO KNOW WHAT LOVE IS! Psalm 139: 23-24 Isaiah 43:1 GOD IS GOD! There is this place that is beyond observation and comprehension; it is beyond abstractions and rationality of thought. It is a place where love is greater than reason and forgiveness is understood. It is a place where reality is past, present and future. It is the revelation of reality in its simplest form. In this place I learn that only "the forgiven" experience love, truth and joy. Psalm 32:2, "Blessed is the man against who the LORD counts no iniquity..." I give thanks for the joy of being forgiven; only the forgiven are truly happy.
Psalm 139: 23-24 Isaiah 43:1 GOD IS GOD! A man walked into a N.Y. Bank and asked for a $5,000 loan. They asked him for collateral, so he gave them his 2013 Ferrari worth over $250,000. He drove the Ferrari into the underground garage at the bank for storage and received his $5,000. The banker and employees made fun of the man for leaving such high collateral for a $5,000 loan. Two weeks passed and the man returned; he paid back the $5,000 plus $23.80 interest. The banker asked why he left such an expensive collateral for such a small loan. The man replied, where else could I park my car in N.Y.for two weeks; know it is safe and pay only $23.80? Ecclesiastes 6:2, "...a man...has wealth, possessions and honor, so that he lacks nothing...yet GOD does not give him the power to enjoy them. A discontented heart will be unsatisfied even with excessive riches. THINGS AREN'T ALWAYS WHAT THEY SEEM. Have a most Blessed Day....
Psalm 139: 23-24 Isaiah 43:1 GOD IS GOD! Many times low self-esteem takes us away from GOD. We are weakened and choose "external" sources to give us value. We become victims of being controlled by what others think. We are fearful of rejection and conflict with others which makes us seek their approval and recognition. Our relationships with others don't last because we don't have a loving relationship with GOD. We build up deep resentments and hurt until after giving and giving there is nothing left of ourselves. GOD does not seem to be enough because we don't know HIM; we have not been true and loving to HIS OWN creation, YOU! Before we can have a relationship with others we must have a relationship with GOD. Zechariah 2:10-12, "Sing and rejoice, ...for behold, I come and I will dwell in your midst..." When we are alone with GOD we have HIS peace (Divine Presence is the ultimate relationship) and we seek to please HIM and not put others before HIM. Then we find, GOD IS MORE THAN ENOUGH.
Abundant Blessings!!!! Psalm 139: 23-24 Isaiah 43:1 GOD IS GOD! Luke 4:24, "..Truly I say to you, no prophet is acceptable in his hometown." Too much familiarity breeds contempt. JESUS grew up in Nazareth and the town's people viewed HIM as a common person and in their view HE was just to common to have the Divine Power HE was teaching. Here we see their prejudice was an objection and barrier to the humbling of the Cross. The Word of GOD stirs up anger among proud people and they blame that person for the way he lived. They become angry when others have the favor they are neglecting. As for me, when I have known someone and they accept CHRIST, it just reveals the POWER of GOD to see the change in their life. Yes, they continue to make mistakes and sin, but their heart's are revealed in their repentance. Maybe that is why we tend to listen to Evangelists more than those around us because we know nothing about them. Perhaps this is a revelation of why the Prophets were isolated and not really known by the world so GOD'S Word would be known. Is there a Prophet among you? You are HIS Prophet, seek the HONOR OF GOD and not the honor of others! DON'T MAKE THAT MISTAKE.
Psalm 139: 23-24 Isaiah 43:1 GOD IS GOD! I received a phone call yesterday that a friend of mine had died. The first thing that came to my mind was that he died many years ago. The Bible talks about death in various forms. It discusses Death of the body that is buried and Death to the world and sin. My friend had lived a "wild" and untamed life before he accepted CHRIST. When he accepted CHRIST he died to the world and it no longer had an influence him. He no longer sought ambition and love of money, pride, and evil passions. Those of us who knew him saw a beautiful change that affected all of our lives. His words many times were quotes of the Bible that revealed wisdom, faith and enormous love. His son who lived in another state sold his business and came to be with him. Truly his heart's desire of witnessing for CHRIST. Yes, he died many years ago to the world and he lives on now in eternity! Galatians 2:20, "...It is no longer I who live, but CHRIST who lives in me..." I am Blessed to have known him and my tears are tears of JOY for this servant of GOD.
Psalm 139: 23-24 Isaiah 43:1 GOD IS GOD! Many institutions deceive us into thinking we are a "Player" when in reality, we are only a"Score-Keeper". We are too lazy, insecure (we are not confident enough to be conceited) and just plain "spoiled" to really contribute as a part of ONE Body. We comfort ourselves by pretending to be something we are not. The Apostle Paul recognized the detriment of being a "Score-Keeper" and the power of being a "Player". The term "Player" by nature implies "A Part of a Team". When you are a "Player" your focus is a 100% on what you are called to do. You give every moment everything you've got. Everyone naturally looks out for their own interests and to advance their own agenda, but the key is to have the same level of concern and apply it also to the interests of others. Such love is rare and so are "Real Players". Philippians 2:1-4, "...complete my joy by being of the same mind, having the same love...but in humility count others more significant than yourselves..." IF YOU ARE A "PLAYER" THE SCORE WILL TAKE CARE OF ITSELF!
